There are so many advantages to being a Crosby Scholar, and one of the biggest is having a dedicated team that shows up, works together, and finds the best ways to serve our students! 💙🤝✨

Yesterday, staff from all three Crosby Scholars programs, Forsyth, Iredell, and Rowan, came together for our annual All Crosby Meeting to collaborate, share ideas, and continue strengthening the support we provide to students and families. 💡📚

Crosby Scholars is more than a program. It’s a team supporting students throughout their journey. 🎓 Students can join in 6th through 11th grade and gain access to college and career preparation, community service opportunities, financial aid guidance, college planning, scholarships, and more as they move toward graduation and college. 📚💰🎓

🌟 SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS! 🌟

The P.E.O. STAR Scholarship awards a one-time $2,500 scholarship to exceptional young women in their senior year of high school who plan to attend an accredited college or university following graduation. 🎓✨

Eligibility includes:

⭐ Demonstrates excellence in leadership, academics, extracurricular activities, and community service
📚 Minimum 3.0 cumulative unweighted GPA
🇺🇸 U.S. or Canadian citizen or legal permanent resident
🎓 Plans to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the U.S. or Canada
📝 Must submit an official transcript, two references, and an essay of at least 100 words

💰 Award: $2,500 one-time scholarship
📅 Application Deadline: September 11, 2026
