Football season is approaching, and our final session for the summer is August 1st but there is still time to lock in and join us every Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Whether your athlete is new to football or already experienced on the field, this program is built for them! Led by a trusted, experienced coach and former professional athlete, our training sessions are designed to help youth athletes thrive in a safe, structured environment that emphasizes discipline, growth, and leadership.

🚨 Player Spotlight: Christian Brown | Laurel High School (Class of 2027).Christian Brown, a dedicated athlete and longtime member of Trenches Football Academy, has been developing within our program for the past four years—beginning his journey with Salisbury Elite () at the youth level. Now entering his junior season, Christian continues to show promise with a strong physical build, impressive arm length, and emerging explosiveness.As a versatile and coachable player, Christian is focused on elevating his performance this season to earn recognition and create opportunities to compete at the next level.Strong passion for Defense but unselfishly serves as a great support to the offensive line at Laurel High.

Drake James () has been with trenches football academy for 3 years. Much of his development is credited to a balanced approach that combines playing experience, weight room strength training , and on-field skill work.The weight room builds foundational strength and explosiveness, while on field reps fine tune technique and reaction time. Meanwhile, actual game experience reinforces decision-making under pressure, completing the cycle of athletic development. Many student athletes struggle to understand the importance and connection with these areas and how they complement each other but it’s a factor that separates good athletes from the greats.Get active this summer and lock in.
