This Wednesday is our Annual Title I Family Meeting! Stop on by to enjoy some coffee and treats and hear about school-wide goals, curriculum, & assessment and co-teaching practices, school-wide data and celebrating our progress, our intervention model to support all learners, and the school improvement planning process.

…and they’re off! Our sixth grade students are off to spend a wonderful week of learning at Sixth Grade Camp! Thank you, families, for all of the work you did to help our students fundraise, pack, and prepare for this special opportunity. Additional thanks to Mrs. Gangemi, Mr. Castantini, and Mr. Eaton for chaperoning this trip. We’ll be sharing a few updates throughout the week about what our students and chaperones are up to. We can’t wait to hear all about the trip when our students return on Friday!

We had a spook-tacular time at the Fall Costume Ball! Thank you to the Salisbury Elementary PTA and all of our volunteers who made this night possible.

Check out our contribution to the town scarecrow display, courtesy of our students’ creativity and work in the Makerspace! Students have been continuing to enjoy the Makerspace as an option during their Recess time, working on many special projects, including putting together a scarecrow for the Salisbury Parks and Recreation display in Salisbury Square! Nice job, students, and continued thanks to our community and parent volunteers who are making this special opportunity possible.

Next week we will host our Title I Annual Family Meeting! This will take place on Wednesday, October 21st from 8:45AM-9:45AM in the SES Library -- coffee and treats provided! During this meeting, we will review:

✅ Curriculum & assessment
✅ Co-teaching approaches
✅ School-wide data & celebrations!
✅ Our intervention model to support all learners
✅ The school improvement planning process
✅ Parent and family engagement opportunities
