Saline Supports Our Community

New years are a time of reflection and change. As we look back over the last several years, we, as an organization and as individuals, recognize that we have been privileged to work both in and with this incredible community - thank you. But as we close the door on 2024, we are announcing that the non-profit side of Saline Supports Our Community will also be coming to a close. Our paths may take us in different directions, but the work continues. How we all choose to help is up to us. More than ever, we need everyone to keep showing up and keep doing what they can to make their corner of the world a better place.

Help us make the season bright for children and youth at the Michigan Foster Care Closet. We're a drop-off location for new and unwrapped toys and gifts for ages 0-18. We're accepting donations here now through December 13.

Thank you so much to everyone who planned, volunteered for, donated to, or attended our fourth annual Pride Picnic! There was an incredible turnout this year, and we saw a lot of love shared and connections made.

Although June is over, as a community we should strive to practice Pride every day, and to come together to support all those who continue to be othered or marginalized in Saline and the surrounding communities.

Saline Supports would love to have more volunteers for all our projects, additional board members, or donations if you feel called to help. When we come together, it’s easy to see that Saline really does Support Our Community!
