Here's a few highlights from our Halloween piano party recital last weekend! 🎃

I’m finally getting around to sharing the results of our December Performance Challenge! Most students completed at least part of the challenge, which I was pleased about -- especially this being the first year we've tried something like this. But I want to especially recognize a few students who really went for it and performed enough pieces for family/friends to successfully meet the challenge.

Kaeli, Elliot, Gabe, and Alex each earned a $5 PRIZE for earning at least 25 signatures.

And our $25 GRAND PRIZE winner was Ava, who earned a whopping 63 signatures on her sheet!! Congrats, everyone!

Amazing artwork from one of my Keyboard Games class students. Yes, you’re seeing a rainbow with fangs and eyes. And lots of impromptu music notes! This students LOVES making anything into a vampire or a monster. Her pictures are always amazing! 😍

Harry Potter, accompanied by Hedwig, came for a piano lesson today! We made sure to learn to play the theme from the Harry Potter movie by ear, as only fitting when you arrive to your lesson in full costume. 😊🪄🦉🎹

I recently upgraded one of my older digital pianos to something new...a Kawai CN29! 😍 Happy to have newer technology with realistic grand piano action/sounds for our piano students to use!

The craftsmanship that goes into a piano is amazing! Awesome video.
