Living in a crazy, busy time accentuates the importance of time management. Prioritizing, setting boundaries, guarding that which is most valued all help us maintain the health and balance that is required to be at our best to help others.

I teach life coaching skills to Christian leaders in any type of ministry I have extensive experience in both the counseling and coaching fields.
I've been in the helping/counseling/coaching arena since high school, became a licensed professional counselor in 1993, and opened a counseling practice.
Mother's Day will soon be here. While God admonishes to honor our parents, sometimes these relationships can be stressful. As coaches, we have to opportunity to help people navigate relationships that are not what we would like for them to be. Help others find a way to honor their mothers this Sunday!
Building trust requires steadfast consistency. We must be trustworthy if we want to coach others.

The ultimate sacrifice made for us. Let's not forget, we had a debt we could not pay. He paid our debt He did not owe. Let us joyfully serve others as we remember what He did for us. 😌😘
"Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do." Colossians 3:12-13 NKJV
We are the ones that benefit the most from forgiving others. Helping our clients forgive those that have wronged them, is truly a valuable gift.
Journalling can be a great tool to help people move forward on their journey. Using strategic questions like, "What is the biggest obstacle you face in achieving your goals?" can be used as a journal prompt that causes them to think. It can also be something you discuss when you meet with them. Happy Coaching!
Most of what we say is not verbal. How can you listen more deeply to the people around you today?
As a Christian in a leadership position, you have the amazing privilege to speak life into those you work with. See them as God sees them, walking them through their challenges.
What is of the utmost importance in your life? For me it would be three things: Relationship with God, relationship with others, and making the best use of time.
Life doesn’t always go as we plan but we are more than conquerers through God who strengthens us. Be strong and of good courage.
