Our 🚀 Mission to Move Fun Run Fundraiser 🌎 has surpassed $15,000 which means our students have earned KONA ICE 🧊🧊🧊

The Kona Ice truck will be stopping by our Fun Run event this Thursday, 10/15 for all students to enjoy! 🎉

We have a need for additional lunch help for each lunch time on Friday, October 23. As one of our 🚀 Mission to Move Fun Run 🚀 incentives, students earned the opportunity to choose their own lunch spot for a day! Please note that students must still sit at a lunch table in the cafeteria but can sit at any of the tables and with any friends from different classes if they wish. With the added excitement, our wonderful cafeteria and food service staff would appreciate some extra hands, so we are looking for 3-4 volunteers per lunch time! 📚📚📚 It's almost time for our first book fair of the 2026-2027 school year!

Our book fair will be held 11/2-11/5 with extended hours during our PJs & Pancakes 🥞 event on Wednesday, 11/4.

🕓 Book Fair Hours of Operation:
11/2 - 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
11/3 - 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
11/4 - 9:00 am - 3:30 pm AND 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm (during PJs & Pancakes event)
11/5 - 9:00 am - 10:00 am

E-Wallets will go live 10/12! As a reminder, any left over funds from previous students' E-wallets last year are automatically converted to a Scholastic gift card. This will be visible in a family's Scholastic account and can be used to fund a new E-wallet for the November fair. ✨ NEW this year - any unspent funds will remain in a student's E-wallet! ✨

Way to represent PR, Mrs. Caldwell's class! Job well done! 🦅

"Star" is Entry #11 in the 2026 15th Annual Saline Scarecrow Contest thanks to Mrs Caldwell's First Graders at Pleasant Ridge Elementary. Scarecrows are on display downtown Saline throughout the month of October for you to enjoy.
