Its been awhile since I posted on Yak Bonds progress.
Today we start the annual for the first time during our ownership. The last few months has been educational with our own condition inspection and found very little to squawk about. We will be rebuilding and refinishing the landing gear, repairing a fuel leak, installing a Bell crank upgraded part (steel in replacement of aluminum) , checking and possibly replacing brake parts., removing some Russian radios, as well as the other typical actions of an annual. Hopefully we can be done in a week or two. It really will depend on parts availability. I think a few Martinis (MI-6 - our twist on 007's martini) will be in order.
