Smart Faith - Christian Apologetics Training

We have trained apologists ("answerers") here to assist however we can, as well as regular classes both live and online. Smart Faith seeks to assist people in finding satisfying answers to the difficult questions of the Christian faith. We accomplish this through

- Posting points of interest and articles about the faith
- Teaching the "Defenders" class (at Salinas First Baptist Church) which disc

usses issues of the faith, tactics for dialogue, reason to believe, and answers to tough and timely questions (email us for schedule and details).
- Events around the Salinas area which create dialogue about religious, moral, and theological ideas
- Collaborating with other local groups for wider evangelistic reach
..and much more. As such, what you WILL see in Smart Faith is...

* Lessons and encouragements on the philosophical and theological reasons to believe in the Christian faith
* Arguments for the existence of God
* Arguments supporting the Christian view of origins, of sin, of Jesus, and of salvation through Jesus alone, and much more.
* Help in starting conversations with friends, family, coworkers, etc.
* Encouragement in your battles.
* Funny jabs once in awhile (we can't help it!)

What you will NOT see in Smart Faith is...

* Political argumentation
* "Anti" arguments on issues of morality
* Bad-mouthing of people (their arguments, maybe, but not them)

IF YOU WISH TO HEAR OUR VIEWS ON CONTENTIOUS SOCIAL ISSUES...you are welcome to ask anytime. Above all, Christians are called to LOVE THE WORLD. Sometimes this is through peace, sometimes it is through confrontation. The premier driving force is SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE--even if it hurts a little.
