Tae Kwon Do is an official Olympics sport and it is an excellent way to stay in shape, to build confidence, and to learn self-defense. In Salinas Tae Kwon Do we have people from all walks of life: including doctors, school-teachers, firefighters, police officers, and many other professions. It offers a great social environment where people get together to learn this fastest growing, and one of the most integrated martial art in the world.

Thank you Ms. Perez for coordinating these sparring classes, as well as all of the instructors who support our students. STA also acknowledges and thanks not only the hard work and dedication our students put in during this class, but that of our STA families who continue to support our students in this sport.

Master Mora - Thank you for your unconditional dedication, support, and motivation of our students and school. You have formed a big part of many of our lives. Without you, STA wouldn’t exist.

Master Maniulit - Thank you for your continued dedication and enthusiasm for the sport and our students. You too have been an inspiration and motivator for our STA community.
