Welcome back to the 2nd semester at HMS. Covid has hit SUHSD students. SUHSD has on average 3,084 students absent each day. That is an 18.74% absent rate. Normally SUHSD has about a 3% absent rate. This means over 3,084 students are not getting educated each day and could mean millions of dollars lost to SUHSD. Meaning we will no have funding for supplies, field trips, and other monies to support the students at SUHSD and HMS
