Families come to Morrison House from across Kansas—and far beyond.
From small towns to big cities, they all have one thing in common:
They need to be close to someone they love.
Because of you, we’re able to welcome them with open doors and open hearts. ♥

Meet Isaiah!
Isaiah began his Project SEARCH at Salina Regional Health Center internship in August 2024. He was eager to jump into the workforce, and even before the program wrapped up in May 2025, he had already applied, interviewed, and landed a job with Minneapolis Health and Rehabilitation Center.
After just one day of job coaching, it was clear he was thriving on his own. With support from his parents, his supervisors, and his Employment Consultant from OCCK’s Workforce Solutions, Isaiah quickly learned to navigate any challenges.
Today, Isaiah says he loves his role, the residents he works with, and his coworkers. He’s excited to get up for every shift and values the freedom and independence that come with earning a paycheck.
In August, Isaiah officially closed his case—successfully employed and loving it!
