What an incredible way to kick off the new school year!!

We were inspired, encouraged, and reminded of the impact we can have every single day during our back-to-school training with the amazing Sam Glen all while he painted our theme for this year…. 🌻 Steady As We Grow! 🌻

Sam challenged us to remember that attitude changes everything and encouraged us to be the light in someone else’s darkness. His reminder to “do a check-up from the neck up” was a powerful one—we have to take care of our mindset so we can show up as our best selves for the children, families, and coworkers we serve.

And one message we’re carrying with us into this school year:
