A club in Salina, KS for people who enjoy brewing beer. Meetings are the first Thursday of every month in the Smoky Hill Museum (7pm).

The Salina Brewers Guild was founded in the Spring of 2008 by a small group of individuals who not only love good beer, but more importantly, love brewing good beer. Whether you are a seasoned brewer with years of experience or a novice looking to get into brewing, SBG is the place to be. Each meeting, members will learn about the history, character, and nuances of a beer style. If you thought you

What's it gonna be????
Well, the grain bill is similar to a Cascadian Black Ale, the hop regime and water treatment is distinctly West Coast IPA. The recipe calculator showed 115 IBU and the majority of hops were late additions with dry hops yet to come!

Cascades are coming up nicely. The Chinook are close behind. Nothing visible from the Willamette yet
