Hirsch Real Estate is proud to announce the newest addition to our team, Aiden Shepard!
Aiden is an accomplished graduate of Solomon High School and Salina Area Technical College, where he earned his associate’s degree in early 2026. He is currently attending Fort Hays State University, majoring in Business Management, Aiden recently became a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Kansas and is a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Kansas Association of REALTORS®, and Flint Hills Association of REALTOR. As a younger agent he brings a fresh perspective, great marketing skills, and a passion for real estate! Aiden will be living in Hays, Kansas while attending Fort Hays State University, but makes frequent trips back to Dickinson County and is eager to continue serving clients throughout both areas and surrounding areas as well. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a growing family searching for your dream home, or an empty nester ready to downsize, Aiden would love the opportunity to help you navigate your next real estate journey.

Our Business Administrative Technology students had a blast at Salina Tech's annual Trunk or Treat! With such a large turnout, many children were able to enjoy this amazing event.

Hands on experience! Our Business Administrative Technology students created a car detailing business from scratch. We went through all the steps including designing a business plan, marketing the business, and detailing staff and faculty cars.

Our first class project was creating the Business Administrative Technology bulletin board. When it comes to plans, it is good to be flexible. A sucessful plan will have leeway for change. Our bulletin board went through many different changes in order to achieve this amazing result!
