The next session of Adult Ballet with Kristy begins this Monday🎉 Get ready to sweat and be warmly welcomed to a light-hearted, but technical ballet experience. Develop your discipline the barre and feel the joy and lightness of dancing across the floor... who knows, this might be your new favorite hobby!

Whether you've danced in the past or have never stepped onto a studio floor - this class is an intentional step towards your dancing goals. - 9 class session Mondays 5:30-6:30pm (6/1-7/27) $135 or $20 drop-in.
- Beginner-friendly. Rehab-friendly.

It's almost time!!! The dancers and instructors are SO very excited to bring our dances to the stage this weekend!

Every year I think to myself - "Wow! The dancers have grown so much and worked so hard - they're going to be great!" And after every performance they exceed my expectations. These dancers truly love to dance and it shows! This year's theme is "Illuminate" and they will surely shine like the stars they are!

One of our dancers wanted a Minds in Motion logo that represents our male dancers - so we made it happen!

- Thursdays 7-8pm beginning 3/5 (no class 3/19) and ending 5/7.
- $10 drop-in for 3/5 (regularly $20) or $130 for the 9 class series.
- All levels and bodies welcome.
- Wear whatever makes you want to move. Barefeet are great, socks can be nice for turns.

- Contemporary dance is rooted in ballet with influences from jazz and modern dance. It is a grounded dance style that incorporates expressiveness, flow, and groundwork. This style is very accessible to those who are new or returning to dance - as techniques are more "pedestrian" or closely tied to natural daily movements. The instructor, Kristy, is very effective with accommodating injuries/restrictions and presenting classes that reflect the desires of her students. If that little voice in your head has been whispering "dance" - this is the class to do it!

The details for ballet: LIMITED SPACES REMAIN.
- Mondays 6-7pm ongoing (no class 3/19) and ending 5/4.
- $10 drop-in for 3/9 (regularly $20) or $120 for the 8 remaining classes.
- All levels and bodies welcome.
- Wear whatever makes you want to move. Barefeet are great, socks can be nice for turns.

- This ballet class includes barre, center, and across the floor while still feeling fresh. Technique is offered with modifications for different levels. It is beginner-friendly, but be prepared to learn! This class already has a very warm and inviting culture with lots of friendly faces. The instructor, Kristy, is very effective with accommodating injuries/restrictions and presenting classes that reflect the desires of her students.

Hey, Adults! Did you dance as a child and then you stopped? Our adult classes are are a totally different experience...

When you show up, you're dancing for you - not to impress the teacher, your parents, the other students... There's no yelling or forcing your body into positions.*

It's all for you! Wear what you want. Move safely for your body. Bonus - you don't have to practice if you don't want to!
