Join us for the Farmer Training Convergence Old Fort Farmer Training on August 28 & 29. Learn directly from farmers and food system advocates with workshops, farm tours and education sessions. Simultaneous Spanish interpretation is available both days.

On August 28th, Land Link will be joined by CDA’s new Agricultural Land Preservation and Access (ALPA) and Program and the Community Land Partnership of the Southwest (CLPS) on Long Term Community Land Access. Land Link is co-sponsoring a luncheon. from 12-1 PM where landowners and landseekers can casually connect. Avalon Gulley of Vibrant Earth Seeds will share about her land access journey as well as new land opportunities.

This property is perfect for various kinds of farming. It needs some work, but it is a ready to farm and or build on. The views are incredibly beautiful, and it is quiet and set back from the highway yet close to Durango. The neighboring farm is currently growing hay.

This property has just been subdivided and was part of 35 acres. There is only one other lot as part of the subdivision which the owner is keeping.
