I told the girls last week but I guess the information has not made it to all the parents. Wednesdays game against Florence in now AWAY. Our away and home games against them are now switched.

ALSO, please send $11 with your daughter tomorrow to practice for our team shirts they will need to wear to school and on the bus to the away game on Wednesday.

Hello all!

This is a reminder that volleyball pictures are tomorrow, 8/24 during practice time. I have emailed everyone on FamilyID the order sheet for team and individual shots. If you need that link, please email me and I can send it over to you!

Good morning everyone!

We will be having a parents night at volleyball TONIGHT after practice. It will give us coaches time to introduce ourselves and go over our goals and expectations. Practice will end around 5:30! See you then!

Anyone that is planning on playing middle school volleyball MUST be registered on FamilyID and have the physical form uploaded by tomorrow morning or the student will not be able to participate in practice.

If you are still in need of a physical, you can call Salida Sport & Spine here in Salida or your family doctor to get that done.

Hey everyone! I apologize for the short notice post. We are having open gym tonight from 4-5:15 ish at the middle school gym. It’s going to be a fun introduction and some play time for all of us before practice starts on Tuesday, August 15th!

This is a reminder that registration is OPEN for this summer's Middle School Volleyball Clinic! This clinic is open to anyone in grades 6-8 (as of Fall 2023), no matter your skill level or experience.

When: Tuesday, August 1 and Thursday, August 3 - 9:00am-12:00pm
Where: Buena Vista High School
Cost: $30

This volleyball clinic is designed to teach the game in a relaxed, educational, and fun learning environment. We will focus on individual player development and will concentrate our teachings on the primary skills of serving, passing, setting, and hitting. These aspects of youth volleyball will be taught by experienced coaches who are passionate about the game. Our goal is to provide a positive environment so each athlete will gain confidence as a volleyball player while improving their physical skills.

Sports Physical Night
When: August 7th, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Where: Salida Middle School Gym
Who: All incoming SHS & SMS 5th-12th grade student athletes
Cost: $10 per student, cash or check

*Parent or guardian must be present with each student. Physical forms will be provided.
