Proud to announce our new state-level certifications!🎉 Especially honored to join other Women Business Enterprises in Oregon.
May it open new doors for our fresh take on emotional literacy to meet more youth, educators, and families where they are.💖

Educators, we’ve spent years naming what’s not working.
What’s being asking for now is practical support — simple, effective tools that resource students and adults.
And not just classroom teachers - we need to invest in meaningfully equipping our IAs and bus drivers - anyone who interacts with our students.
Awareness was the beginning.
Capacity is the next step.
Do you agree?

We’re honored that Willamette Health Council chose us for the very first story in their new Community Impact series!
Their feature highlights our work with students and educators across Marion and Polk counties — bringing simple, evidence-based tools that help young people feel resourced, grounded, and connected.
A note on language that feels important to us: where the article mentions students learning to feel calm, what we’re actually supporting is a state of coherence — a balanced, resourced nervous system that is energized, curious, and open to learning. Sometimes, that doesn’t look or feel calm, and every student defines their own ideal based on their experiences and cultural context.
We’re so grateful for partners who value authentic connection and meaningful support with our community's youth.🥰🫶
📣 New on the WHC blog: We're excited to launch a Community Partner Highlight series!
Each month, our Grant Coordinator, Ally, will feature a local organization that has received funding from WHC — showcasing the amazing work they’re doing to support health and well-being in the Marion-Polk region.
First up: WiseMind Educational Services, an organization helping local youth build confidence, connection, and coping skills through school-based mental health education.

We’re so thankful to United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley for serving as WiseMind’s fiscal sponsor. In simple terms, this means they provide the nonprofit structure and support that makes it possible for us to keep our energy on what matters most: equipping educators and empowering youth with the tools of emotion coaching.
With United Way as a partner, we’re able to expand our reach and strengthen resilience in the communities we love.
