Position Highlights:
🔹 Job Title: Senior Clerical Specialist
🔹 Location: Salem, Oregon
🔹 Hours: Full-time, eligible for a hybrid work schedule
Responsibilities:
🔹 Help plan and coordinate exciting events — from logistics to catering and everything in between!
🔹 Stay organized by managing program records and keeping files in tip-top shape
🔹 Keep the program running smoothly by managing supplies, tech, and equipment and ensuring everything is well-stocked and ready to go
🔹 Play a key role in program administration — process invoices, handle purchase orders, and keep everything on budget
🔹 Support program staff with scheduling, reporting, and data collection
