Join the Mid-Willamette Outreach Group (MWOG) for the Our River Celebration next Saturday June 13, 10a.m. – 1p.m., at Minto Brown Island Park in Salem. This free family-friendly community event will celebrate all things waterways! Learn about the fascinating world of macroinvertebrates! Discover how to test water quality and dive into the captivating biology of salmon. Enjoy free face painting! Come and make a splash with us! Be sure to save the date!

The City’s Clean Streams Initiative is proud to partner with MWOG to help protect local waterways. The Clean Streams program is funded through utility fees and helps the City meet outreach and education requirements under its stormwater permit.
