e teacher is respectful and flexible in dealing with children. We believe that the appropriate curriculum will address the social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and physical needs of the children. Learning Environments should be aesthetically pleasing and stimulating. They should be child-centered and planned in a manner which provides choices, interest centers, quiet, and active spaces. Classroom Management/Discipline involves proper organization of the environment, appropriate activities and clear expression of expectations with natural and logical consequences. It should be positive in approach and employ consistency with empathy. Families of children in our school should be kept informed and have opportunities for involvement in classroom activities. There should be and atmosphere of mutual support between parents and staff in order to create an effective learning environment. God is at the center of all of our teaching and young children are capable of learning about, and coming to know Jesus through Bible stories, prayer, worship songs, and Christian teaching.
