Gummy Bear Pool Party Cups

Ingredients:
1 box Jell-O Berry Blue Gelatin
1 bag Life Savers Gummies
1 box Teddy Grahams
1 tub Cool Whip

Directions:

Prepare the Berry Blue Gelatin according to the package instructions, stirring until the gelatin powder is completely dissolved.
Carefully pour the prepared gelatin mixture evenly into clear plastic cups, leaving a little space at the top for decorations.
Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for approximately 45 minutes, or until the gelatin is partially set and semi-firm but not completely solid.
Remove the cups from the refrigerator.
Gently press several Life Savers Gummies into the partially set gelatin in each cup. Position them near the surface so they resemble floating pool rings.
Place one Teddy Graham inside each gummy ring, positioning the bear so it appears to be floating on the "pool float."
Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill until the gelatin is fully set, about 1 to 2 hours.
Once fully set, remove the cups from the refrigerator.
Add a small dollop of Cool Whip to the side of each cup to resemble a fluffy pool towel.
Serve chilled and enjoy.

1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients required on the package
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
2 to 3 bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed Nilla Wafers
Whole Nilla Wafers, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven according to the cake mix package directions. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the yellow cake batter following the package instructions.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake according to package directions until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Using the handle of a wooden spoon or a similar utensil, poke holes evenly across the entire surface of the cake.

Mini Berry Pancake Stacks

Ingredients:
Mini pancakes
Whipped cream
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Maple syrup
Toothpicks

Optional Add-Ins:
Powdered sugar
Banana slices
Raspberries
Vanilla yogurt
Cream cheese frosting
Honey
Chocolate drizzle
Strawberry syrup
Blueberry syrup
Sprinkles
Patriotic sprinkles
Mini chocolate chips
Nutella
Peanut butter
Extra whipped topping

Directions:

Warm the mini pancakes according to the package directions. You may use a microwave, oven, toaster oven, or air fryer. If using homemade mini pancakes, allow them to cool slightly before assembling.
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the stems and slice the strawberries into thin, even slices.
Wash the blueberries and pat them completely dry. Select firm blueberries that will hold their shape during assembly.
Place one mini pancake on a serving plate or tray.
Add a small spoonful or swirl of whipped cream on top of the pancake, spreading it slightly to create a stable base for the fruit.
Arrange a few strawberry slices on top of the whipped cream, keeping them centered on the pancake.
Add a few blueberries over and around the strawberries.
Place a second mini pancake on top of the berry layer. Press down gently to secure the stack without squeezing out the whipped cream.
Repeat the layers of whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and mini pancakes until each stack contains 2 to 3 pancakes and reaches the desired height.
Carefully insert a toothpick through the center of each stack to hold the layers together and make serving easier.
Just before serving, lightly drizzle maple syrup over each pancake stack.
If desired, dust with powdered sugar or decorate with patriotic sprinkles and additional berries for presentation.
Serve immediately while the pancakes are soft, the whipped cream is fluffy, and the berries are fresh.

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Decoration:
1 cup prepared vanilla frosting or additional buttercream
Red, white, and blue star sprinkles

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer on high speed for about 5 minutes, or until thick, pale, and fluffy.
Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat the mixture.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until no dry streaks remain. Do not overmix.
Divide the batter evenly into three separate bowls.
Leave one bowl plain.
Add red gel food coloring to one bowl and stir until evenly colored.
Add blue gel food coloring to the remaining bowl and stir until evenly colored.
Using spoons or piping bags, place alternating dollops and swirls of red, white, and blue batter throughout the prepared pan.
Lightly drag a skewer or toothpick through the batter to create a marbled patriotic pattern without overmixing the colors.
Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cake springs back lightly when touched.
While the cake is baking, lay a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and generously dust it with powdered sugar.
Immediately after baking, invert the hot cake onto the prepared towel.
Carefully peel away the parchment paper.
Starting from the short end, gently roll the cake and towel together into a log shape.
Allow the rolled cake to cool completely on a wire rack.
To prepare the filling, place the softened butter in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing on low speed.
Add the vanilla extract and heavy cream or milk.
Beat until the filling is light, fluffy, and easily spreadable.
Carefully unroll the cooled cake.
Spread an even layer of buttercream filling over the entire cake surface, leaving approximately 1/2 inch around the edges.
Gently roll the cake back into a tight log without the towel.
Place the cake seam-side down on a serving platter.
Spread a thin, even layer of vanilla frosting or additional buttercream over the outside of the cake roll.
Decorate generously with red, white, and blue star sprinkles.
Refrigerate the cake roll for 30 to 60 minutes to help it set and make slicing easier.
Slice and serve chilled.

1 tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers, optional
Red, white, and blue sprinkles, optional

Directions:

Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly and pat them dry.
Finely chop the strawberries into small pieces.
