Cross Country is almost here, and the coaches and I couldn’t be more excited to get the season started! Next week is XC Camp Week, September 8–11!
We will be meeting in the cafeteria, and practice will begin at 4:10 PM and end at 5:30 PM. Please bring your water bottle, wear running shoes, dress properly to run, and come prepared to run, have fun, and get ready for an awesome season!

To make Camp Week even more fun, we will have some Theme Days:
🎩 Tuesday: Hat Day
🧦 Wednesday: Crazy Socks Day
🌈 Thursday: Neon Day — Wear your brightest neon colors!
🥸 Friday: Mustache Day — Wear a costume mustache! I have tons of extras!

Also, if you have a friend who isn't doing a fall sport or isn't sure what to do, encourage them to join you and give Cross Country a try this year! Everyone is welcome, and it's a great opportunity to have fun, meet new people, and challenge yourself!

Parents: Please make sure your athlete is registered by September 14, the sports fee has been paid, and they are cleared to participate before joining practice.

We can't wait to see everyone next week and officially kick off the season!

We’ve had a wonderful turnout for today’s free sports physical clinic at Parrish, and we’re so appreciative of everyone who participated!

Due to the large turnout, the free sports physical clinic is now closed for today. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we’re glad we were able to provide this resource to our families. If you weren’t able to get a physical today, don’t worry! You can still schedule a free sports physical with the same clinic by calling 503-990-8772.

Thank you again for your participation, and we appreciate you helping us make today’s clinic a success!
