Come out and see us at the Summer Kick Off for the Volcanoes at the Volcanoes Stadium. Our Lady Cheer Catz will be taking the field for an exhibition at 4:45. There is face painting and all sorts of fun things for the family to do!!!

Summer's almost here and due to school starting so late we have added a 12th week of camp!

Hey SGC fam! Coach Karrin here! I have had a few private lesson spots open up! Summer time, is the perfect training window to clean up/perfect existing skills and begin the groundwork for upcoming skills and progressions! It’s also a fantastic time to focus on strength, flexibility/mobility and endurance, which is often the missing piece for many athletes struggling to move forward. Practice builds habits, so I do like to contract for 4 weeks at a time-repetition and consistency is key!
