Something new is coming to Oregon Conferences for Women.

On November 7, 2026, we’ll gather at the Keizer Event Center for an evening dedicated to celebrating women whose leadership, service, ambition, and impact are making a difference across our communities.

Woman of the Year
Celebrating overall leadership and meaningful impact across the community.

Community Impact Award
Honoring extraordinary volunteerism and service that strengthens our communities.

Business Leadership Award
Recognizing professional achievement, entrepreneurship, and exceptional workplace leadership.

Celebrating an emerging leader early in her career or journey who is already showing exceptional promise.
