We hope you understand the importance of self care like we do! Self care is so important in order for you to maintain your wellness. Self care doesn't always mean meditation and bath bombs, while for some, this may be a form of self care. Everybody is different.
Self care may be talking a walk.
Self care may be taking a rest.
Self care may be indulging a little in your favorite snack/food.
Self care may be meditation.
Self care may be just being present and aware of your own feelings.
Self care is about time--- take that 15 minute study break.
Self care is focusing on your progress-- look at how far you have come.
Self care may be exploring different things to find what makes you happy in life.
Self care is all of these things and more. We want everybody to take some time each day to focus on THEMSELVES. Please remember how amazing you are. We can't wait to see you all back at school. :)
Hey Vikings!!! We want to wish you all a very happy, healthy, fun and safe new year! We CANNOT wait to see you all soon, but until then, enjoy the rest of your break! Post your favorite memory from 2017 below in the comments!

Hey Vikings!
Here's a daily reminder for you. With finals right around the corner, we understand it's hard to have extra time on your hands. In the middle of studying, find time for a 15 minute break. Call a friend, take a walk, rest a little or find something that makes you happy. Taking care if YOURSELF is very important. Remember that YOU are a priority, along with your mental health. Remember that YOU are a person. YOU matter. I wish everyone good luck with their finals. YOU can do it. Never doubt yourself. ❤❤❤❤ Goodluck everyone.
Hello all,
Due to some difficulties that came up during scheduling, the CESA e-board decided that we will not be hosting a Fall training. CESA trainings have been cancelled for the fall and we will ONLY be having Spring trainings. I will post dates as soon as they become available to us. If you have any questions, or concerns please feel free to reach out to me. Also, if you would like to recieve emails about events that we are doing on or around campus, please shoot me an email so I can create a list of people to send emails to. Also, are meetings are usually on Wednesdays at 4:30pm in Starbucks so feel free to tell your friends and join us in event planning. Thank you so much for your time and interest!
Best,

October means Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We need to be aware that this is happening in order to see a change. Both domestic violence and sexual assault can happen to ANYBODY. The important thing is to remember there is always a way out, seek help if you need help, if you see something, say something and remember you are always loved by somebody. ❤ Take care of yourselves. Self care is so important. ❤❤❤
