BULEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP The James P. Jim believed every student was unique, and saw the potential in his students that was often overlooked.

Buley Memorial Scholarship was established three years ago in memory of Jim, an outstanding teacher and mentor at Port Charlotte High School. He developed creative writing programs to motivate and challenge his students. He helped them to identify their strengths and give them the support to reach their full potential
