Willamette University Cycling Club

Hey Bearcats! The semester is winding down and midterms/finals are coming up. If you want a nice way to de-stress or just have a good workout, there are group rides around Salem still happening!

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Scott's Cycles in downtown Salem hosts group rides from 6:00 PM to about 7:15-7:30 PM. They also host group rides from 7:30 AM on Saturdays. These are great opportunities to ride with fellow cyclists (about 20-40 people on each ride) and learn how to ride in a mass group.

Also, on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, the Bike Peddler in downtown Salem hosts indoor roller races that are perfect for getting bragging rights in five minute time trials, or just for heckling and cheering on riders. Anyone can participate!
