Last Thursday, we celebrated our Baccalaureate Mass at Blanchet Catholic School. We extend our sincere gratitude to Father Jeff Meeuwsen for presiding over this special liturgy. During the Mass of the Holy Spirit, we honored our graduating seniors and prayed for God's guidance as they begin the next chapter of their journey. Inspired by the call to "go light the world," we send them forth to share their faith, gifts, and talents with others.

As we conclude another wonderful school year at Blanchet Catholic School, we give thanks to God for the many blessings He has bestowed upon our community. From the classroom to the stage, the field, and beyond, our students have grown in knowledge, character, and faith. We are grateful for our dedicated faculty and staff, supportive families, and the many people who help make Blanchet such a special place.

Go Cavs!

Our APUSH students recently stepped into the shoes of historical figures and delivered speeches on modern American history topics. Through research, creativity, and public speaking, students connected the perspectives of influential figures from the past to events and issues that have shaped contemporary America. It was an engaging way to bring history to life while demonstrating their understanding of both historical and modern contexts. Here are some of the historical figures: Edgar Allen Poe, Mark Twain, Elvis Presley, Amelia Earhart, Anne Frank, Karl Marx, Neil Armstrong and Al Capone.

A memorable moment of leadership and legacy. Graduating senior Elly Kennedy officially passes the reins as Student Body President to Sam Mosar, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. Thank you, Elly, for your dedication and service, and congratulations, Sam, as you step into this important role.

On Friday, we celebrated our Class Day Awards Assembly, recognizing students for their achievements through Department Awards, OASSA Awards, Cav Way Recognition, scholarships, and much more! Thank you to the parents and families who joined us, and congratulations to all of our student award recipients on their outstanding accomplishments!

Learning from the best! Blanchet senior James Barnett works with Mid High students, sharing football tips, tricks, and techniques to help them grow their game.

Join us in Blanchet's main gym to celebrate the commencement of the Class of 2026 today, Saturday, June 6, 2026. The entire Blanchet community is welcome to join us and there is no charge to attend. Today, we would like to highlight senior Eden Johnson! Eden has participated in many Blanchet activities over the years, including Soccer, Newspaper Club, Outdoor Club, CEI and volunteering for the True Blue Gala.
