I enjoyed the coolest tour yesterday. I’m always amazed by how many incredible people with unique and profound journeys find their way to our school.

As we open enrollment for our September Massage Therapy Training Program and Energy Medicine Training Program, I feel genuinely excited to meet the next wave of students who will walk through our doors.

One of the most meaningful parts of owning a school is feeling like we’re living on the leading edge of culture, education, and mentorship — not simply teaching skills, but modeling another way of being in business and in community.

A way that prioritizes:

human connection over performance

presence over urgency

health over profit

collaboration over competition

authenticity over conformity

We create space here for people to learn differently, communicate differently, heal differently, and succeed differently.

It is such a special thing to watch our graduates carry these values into the world — into their businesses, their practices, their relationships, and the way they hold space for others. Watching that ripple outward is one of the greatest honors of my life.

I feel incredibly proud of this community and deeply grateful for every student, teacher, and human being who continues to help shape it.

Ritu (sh/her) is from Beverly, Massachusetts. She is excited to be a part of the massage program at Spirit Wellness Institute. Ritu has a background in Reiki and Information Technology. She chose to study massage therapy because through Reiki she found her true calling. Ritu wants to support your wellness journey (healing, etc.) by providing an experience that addresses both the physical and the spiritual bodies. Ritu's touch can be described as calm and intentional. Outside of the classroom, her interests include all kinds of crafts, gardening, and games with friends. Ritu looks forward to working with you in our school clinic!

Meet our Students

Dustin (he/him) is originally from Newton, MA and is thrilled to be a part of the massage program at Spirit Wellness Institute. Dustin spent years working in the software industry before moving into the healing arts where he has trained as a yoga instructor and developed a deep passion for learning about the healing capacity of the human body. He chose to study massage therapy because he believes in the body’s innate wisdom and resilience. Dustin wants to support your healing journey by providing an intuitive touch tailored to your own personal needs. Outside of the classroom, his interests include meditation, arts, and movement practices. Dustin looks forward to working with you in our school clinic!

Meet Our Students

Jess (she/her) happily resides in Nahant where she enjoys the ever-present sea breeze. She is thrilled to be part of the massage program at Spirit Wellness Institute. Currently, she strives to make even a small difference every day as a pediatric OR nurse at Boston Children's Hospital. While she loves being an OR nurse, she always knew there was more she could do to better support others on their healing journeys. Jess' therapeutic touch can be described as collaborative and intuitive.

When she's not laughing with and learning from her instructors and fellow classmates, Jess indulges by spending time at the beach with her two small dogs. Jess is eager to continue on her path to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and looks forward to meeting you in our school clinic.

Sandra is originally from Colombia, South America, and is honored to be part of the Spirit Wellness family. With over 15 years of experience as a medical assistant and a nurse in hospitals across Boston, she has provided care with dedication and compassion. Her journey in healthcare has shaped her understanding of true service and healing.

In addition to her medical background, Sandra is a licensed esthetician who believes that genuine wellness comes from balancing the body, mind, and spirit. Currently training to become a therapeutic massage therapist, she is driven by a deeper purpose—not only to care for the body but also to reach the soul.

Her therapeutic approach is heartfelt and intentional, guided by a desire to help others feel seen, supported, and restored—both inside and out.

Hi! I’m Stephanie (she/her), a passionate and compassionate caregiver with over six years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Born in beautiful Puerto Rico and raised in Massachusetts, I bring a rich cultural background and strong work ethic into everything I do.
My journey in healthcare began with a deep desire to help others feel safe, seen, and cared for. That same purpose led me to explore massage therapy—a path that allows me to offer healing through gentle, intentional touch. Clients and colleagues often describe my hands as soft, caring, and nurturing—qualities I’ve always taken pride in, especially when helping others find comfort and relief.
Outside of the clinic, you can usually find me outdoors, soaking up fresh air with my dog or enjoying a peaceful walk to reset and recharge.
I’m genuinely looking forward to meeting you at clinical and working together as we grow, learn, and help others heal—one thoughtful moment at a time.
