Our Story

The Willamette Art Center is a Non-profit Community Art Studio offering classes in Ceramic and Fine Arts, including Clay Hand Building, Pottery Wheel Throwing, Sculpture, Raku and Pit Firing. Fall, winter, spring and summer schedules can be found on our website, www.willametteartcenter.com.
We can book space for special event groups/parties for birthdays, bridal parties, business get-togethers and family reunions, etc. Contact our Outreach Coordinator at [email protected] to book events.
Artists can purchase Classes, Workshops or Day Passes. The center is open for students of all ages and experience levels. Experienced clay artists are invited to handbuild or throw items for our Marion County and State Fair Raku fundraisers and/or bowls for our Marion-County Food Share fall Empty Bowl fundraiser.
Family Clay Sunday workshops run from Fall to Spring, and costs only $10.00 for four family members.
The WAC is Conveniently located at the Oregon State Fair Grounds. Enter the YELLOW Gate off of Silverton Road NE. The Center is on your left.
