I was trained to switch to this method years ago when training with people like Sue Pemberton as clean, tight foils were mandatory. I don’t go to the bottom but I still fold towards me. Students who struggle find this way is much more secure.

There is no argument...if you want the ability to resecure your foil, the lip should go under NOT over. However, there are a ton of stylists who fold over...and if it works for them AMAZING. I find that folding underneath gives much more security and re-security while foiling hair. #hairstylist #hairfoil #haireducation #hairsalon

The Cosmetology program experienced industry chats that included workshop sessions with professionals, a live clinic setting for our year 2 students to practice on real clients, the opportunity to prepare for state board certification, technique competitions, and more!

It took forever! But this last Saturday I toned her beautiful long hair & lightened her new growth. 🛐 Hope to see this lady soon for some more adjustments to he hair!
