School is starting which makes our executive functioning skills needing to work in overdrive. You can support your kids or even yourselves by making a list of everything that needs to be done, prioritizing the importance, estimating the time it will take to do it, and then fitting it in a realistic slot on your calendar of life. I invite you all to attend a parent workshop of a curriculum I created called, The Who What Where When Hows to communicate with your teen (WWWWHC). I will be conducting a hands-on workshop with tools and tricks to get them talking on the day to day or about something more important and/or serious.
