I invite you all to attend a parent workshop of a curriculum I created called, The Who What Where When Hows to communicate with your teen (WWWWHC). I will be conducting a hands-on workshop with tools and tricks to get them talking on the day to day or about something more important and/or serious. Working with kids and young adults, I often see their fear of confrontation. Changing the thoughts of a confrontation to more of a conversation takes so much pressure off.

Pausing is so important in our relationships with our kids. We don’t always have to react immediately. Small changes can direct whole conversations.

So much is on my mind these days and so many folks are looking for ways to feel better. Saw this and wanted to share…☀️
