On the second day of Senior Week, we were able to hold the very first Senior vs. Staff Softball Game for SHS. Students, staff, friends, and families came together to cheer, play, or watch the very intense game... which ultimately ended in a tie. A huge thank you to all who came out and amazing job to the players! We hope this can become a new tradition for the school!

WEEK OF GIVING DAY 5: MENTAL MAKEOVER 🧠
On the final day of our Week of Giving, we invited Mental Makeover to talk with us about the stigma of mental health and educate us about how important our mental health truly is. Today our seniors really came together to talk about this hard topic and we couldn’t have been more proud of you! Thank you for sharing your stories with us and allowing yourselves to be vulnerable. Seniors, you showed so much empathy and compassion towards your fellow classmates today. It brought us closer together and it was a great way to end the week of giving. HUGE thank you to Mental Makeover for allowing us to share our feelings and stories with you and for helping end the stigma towards mental health!

WEEK OF GIVING DAY 4: STAFF APPRECIATION 👩🏻🏫🍪
For our fourth day, seniors came together to show some love to staff members, both in and out of Salem High School! After such a crazy year, we wanted to emphasize our appreciation for every single adult that helped get us to this point with handwritten cards and delicious baked goods (donated by some amazing community members)! Today and every day, we are so beyond grateful for the support of the staff throughout our school district.
