We were hoping to address the post made by a concerned parent regarding their child's incident at the care center.

We believe it's crucial to share the details of the situation since there appear to be many assumptions circulating without concrete evidence of any misconduct.

A little boy, aged 3, had an accident while playing on the trampoline. He fell off while jumping, and the impact was absorbed by his arm upon landing, resulting in his elbow being dislocated. Our staff promptly responded, offering comfort, administering first aid, and contacting the parents upon witnessing the fall.

According to the Doctor's notes, the injury could have occurred from falling with an outstretched arm (refer to the image below).

We promptly documented the incident and reported it to the licensing authority. All protocols were correctly followed.

Following visits from the licensing and OTIS, we have been given clearance from any wrongdoing while awaiting formal paperwork.

We cherish our little ones and are passionate about our work. Being accused of abuse and defamation as a business is truly difficult to accept.

Our primary concern is the well-being of our young friend who was hurt. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions for us.
