What better way to bring another great school year to a close than with our annual year-end house competition?! Students engaged in fun and lighthearted games to celebrate their hard work and enjoy friendship within their house teams. A water balloon fight ended the day with hilarity, setting the summer off to a great start.
Highlights from our Spring Concert and Art Show last Thursday evening. We're so proud of all the hard work our students have put in this year that went in to making this beautiful event.

Last week students packed their bags and headed off the grid to enjoy Christ Academy's first year-end secondary school camping trip. Highlights included a "passing the torch" ceremony honoring our seniors around the campfire, a beautiful hike to a secluded waterfall, and a picnic and swim at Foster Lake. Such a great way to celebrate all the Lord has done through and for us during this school year!

Teacher appreciation week! Teachers have been so blessed by the outpouring of kindness and encouragement coming from families and students this week. Thank you for all the heartfelt cards and thoughtful gifts! Special thanks to the Christ Academy Parents (CAP) group for providing a faculty lunch on Tuesday as well as organizing breaks for lunch and recess duties! We’re so grateful for our supportive community!

Senior Thesis Presentation Day 2! Seniors have been hard at work this semester preparing their final theses. This project represents the culmination of their studies at Christ Academy and showcases their ability to engage important cultural issues with critical thinking and clear, gracious and persuasive communication. All senior theses are presented and defended orally to a panel of judges. Today's presentations: "Just War Theory and the Atom Bomb" and "Stepping Into the Foster System: How and Why Christians Should Be Involved". Way to go, Seniors!
