Registration for Trivia Night is open! Form a team of up to 6 people and fill out the link below. Only one person per team needs to register for the entire team.

•Where: Checkpoint 221

•Who: Anyone and Everyone in the Straub Community

•Entry Fee: No fee! Donations accepted. Suggested $20 donation per team but just pay what you can. Donations will help cover the cost of prizes. Any additional money collected will be added to the funds for classroom grants!

We will have prizes and a 50/50 raffle!

Important Info:

•All ages are welcome, but questions will be geared toward ages 12 and above.

•To ensure we stay under capacity, please count every person in your party toward your number of team members (including small children).

•Have more than 6 team members? Split into two teams!

•Make sure to come early and order food and drinks before trivia begins.

Thank you so much for participating in our Willamette Valley Pie fundraiser. Money from this will go toward mini grants for teachers.

Reminder: Pie forms are due Monday, March 16th. Before you turn your forms in to the front office, please read the following:

🥧 Make sure the order form and money envelope have the student’s name and grade written on them.
🥧 Money inside the envelope should match the total listed on the order form. Please seal the envelope before turning it in.
🥧 All checks should be made payable to Straub PTA. We cannot accepts checks written to the school or WV Pie Co.
🥧 Do not write online orders on the paper order form.

PIE PICKUP: Fundraiser orders will be passed out at Straub Middle School on Thursday April 2nd from 4:15pm-6pm. The times are tentative and subject to change. Please plan to pick up your full order on this date. All participants are responsible for delivering the orders collected on their forms.

PRIZES: The top seller in each grade level will win a $67 Amazon Gift Card!

Don’t forget! Pie orders are due this Monday, March 16th. Your student was given an order form and envelope to bring home. Here's how it works:

ORDERS: Your student is encouraged to collect pie and gift card orders from friends and family. Make sure to collect payment at the time of ordering, money will be due with the order forms. Please place the money and order form inside the envelope sent home and return to the Straub front office no later than Monday March 16th.

PRICES: 9" Fruit Pies $20, 9” Cream Pies $20, 6” Cheesecakes $10, Mini Fruit Pies (case of 4) $25, Pie Card $20

PAYMENTS: Payments can be made by cash or check. Please make checks payable to Straub PTA. We are unable to accept checks made out to Straub Middle School or Willamette Valley Pie Company. If you accept online payments through your personal venmo/cash app/etc, don't forget to add those payments to the envelope in the form of cash or check.

ONLINE ORDERS: The PTA can accept online orders from your friends and family. Simply click the link below. Please do not add online orders to the paper order form. The pies cannot be shipped. Online ordering is for convenience to local friends and family.

We are very excited to be launching this fundraiser with such an amazing local company! It is the goal of the PTA to help teachers enhance student learning and support the activities not covered by district dollars. Money raised from this fundraiser will go toward mini grants for Straub teachers. We could not do this without your support. If you have any questions or need an ingredient list, please message us!
