Wednesday evening, November 10, 5:30-7:00 pm, the Counseling Center will be facilitating a FREE Intuitive Eating Workshop in person with masks. This workshop will be offered for 2 more weeks. Come to 1, or both! Each week we focus on different principles of Intuitive Eating and "nourishing a healthy relationship between food and our bodies".

This week will be focused on three principles: Feel your fullness, discover the satisfaction factor and cope with your feelings without using food. We hope you can join us (snacks, coffee and tea will be provided).

Power is back! We are planning on hosting our Intuitive Eating Workshop, focusing on the fourth Principle as previously planned - Challenge the Food Police.
