Our tutors are trained to give you individualized attention regarding any type of writing assignment. From first-year students to graduate students to faculty, and from composition papers to theses to PowerPoints, we can help make your writing shine! Tutorials are free, and it’s easy to make an appointment.

At the Writing Center we offer 2 forms of remote tutoring, which are synchronous and asynchronous. With synchronous tutoring you have the opportunity to meet with a tutor over Zoom to talk about your writing in real time. With asynchronous tutoring, you submit a draft of your work to WCOnline, and after the tutor has looked at your work, they will then upload a copy of it with their feedback. Log into WCOnline today to see which tutors are available for these options. Just click on “Schedules” and select the “Remote tutoring Spring 2024” option.
