May First College Consulting College Consultant I bring two decades of undergraduate advising and college writing instruction to my practice.

After over twenty years as a university professor, I transitioned to consulting, where I’ve had the opportunity to guide students in reaching the next steps in their academic careers. As a mom of two children who have already been through the process, I understand how stressful and overwhelming applying to college can feel. My goal is to bring calm and focus to families’ experiences, and to instill in students a sense of joy, excitement, and possibility.
