Your end-of-year checklist probably has a lot on it.
But don’t forget this one:
Have a collaboration check-in with your co-teacher or teaching partner.
Not a long meeting.
Not a blame session.
Just a simple conversation about what worked, what was hard, and what you want to build on next year.
That one conversation can plant seeds for stronger collaboration when school starts again.
I’m sharing the 3 questions to ask in this week’s podcast episode.

Before you run out the door for summer break… have the conversation.
A quick 10–15 minute check-in with your co-teacher or teaching partner can help you reflect on what worked, what felt hard, and what you want more of next school year.
In this week’s podcast episode, I’m sharing 3 reflection questions to help Gen Ed and SpEd teachers close out the year with clarity and start planting seeds for stronger collaboration next year.

Teacher friend, we are in that final stretch.
Some of y’all have 3 weeks left.
Some of y’all have 6 weeks left.
Either way, the teacher madness is real.
Testing, grades, final IEP meetings, behaviors, end-of-year events, and students who can feel summer coming.
Before you rush to the finish line, take a moment to pause and reflect.
In this episode of the Teacher Support Network Podcast, I’m sharing 5 reflection questions to help you finish the school year strong.
Because finishing strong doesn’t mean doing everything.
Sometimes it means finishing with purpose, not pressure.

Last week I talked about the F in motivational F.U.N.
This week, I’m giving you a real classroom example of what that can look like in math.
And no, it’s not complicated.
Just a simple deck of playing cards used in a way that can help students with math difficulties, learning disabilities, or math anxiety engage a little differently.
Sometimes students do not need more pressure.
They need a different way in.
