Thanks to everyone who was at the game this past Friday!! Our marching band debut was so exciting. We are at it again this coming Friday when Hancock County comes to SC.
The Sale Creek Panthers Band of Blue will add part two this week. Renegade and Paint it Black will be on the field for our half-time show.

DON'T BUY JUNK INSTRUMENTS FOR BAND!!!!

We strongly recommend that you rent your first instrument for a while! They are quality instruments that are covered by insurance during the rental contract. A local store can set you up, and they have a staff who can repair/replace your instrument. When you know better how to care for your instrument, you can look for one to buy.

Don’t Buy Junk Instruments!!! Glory, Yammer, Johnson, Yamaer, First Act, etc. Beware the Amazon deal!!! There are a lot of garbage “instruments” for sale! Most of these are unfixable and are NOT quality instruments that will not blend or match pitch with higher quality instruments. Check with a local repair shop to see if they work on a brand before you buy!!!

FaceBook Marketplace can be a good place to look! Buy local from someone with high ratings! Or your music store may credit part of your rental cost toward a purchase.

Buy proven musical instruments that can be serviced by a local repair store:
Yamaha, Bach, Selmer, Conn, Yamaha, King, Bakun, Gemeinhardt, Jupiter, Blessing,Yamaha, Armstrong, Yamaha, Eastman, Pearl, Ludwig, Yamaha, etc. All great companies with outstanding reputations for making quality instruments. Can you guess my favorite brand?
