This past week I had the pleasure of participating in serval great activities on campus.
*Rotarians prepared lunch for athletes and volunteers at the Unified Track Meet at SGHS.
*I presented Isabel Basler with a scholarship on behalf of Citizens Electric.
*PTO offered a concession stand at SGE’s Field Day.
Being able to see Daniel at school made the days even more special!

On April 19 with our families watching, Josh Gettinger and I took the Oath of Office and were sworn in as members of Ste. Genevieve County R-II School District Board of Education. The April board meeting took place after the reorganizational meeting. A link to the recorded meeting is below. Topics covered in the meeting included:
*Summer School
*Extention of the Transportation Agreement with Fallert Bus Services
*Addition of a Special Education Teacher and a Speach Language Pathologist

If you are unable to vote next Tuesday, April 5, you can absentee vote in person at the County Clerk’s Office in the Courthouse. They are open Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30. They will also been open 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎 𝙎𝘼𝙏𝙐𝙍𝘿𝘼𝙔 𝘼𝙋𝙍𝙄𝙇, 𝟐 𝟖:𝟎𝟎-𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 for absentee voting.

Tuesday evening I attended the March Board of Education meeting. Topics covered include: upcoming Kindergarten registration, Prop SG and school board election, MAP testing dates, 2022-23 amended school calendar, and approval of insurance rates for 2022-23 school year.
