Pre-K’s Color Fun Friday!

Our Pre-K friends had a RED-iculously fun Friday!

They wore red, explored an all-red sensory bin, colored the word RED, enjoyed What Is Red?, practiced making the letter A, and even created their own candy DNA models while learning about “God’s Recipe” for making each of us wonderfully unique! 🧬❤️✨

Learning is always sweeter when we can make it hands-on and FUN!

🌎✨ God’s beautiful creation is all around us here at FBP!

Over the past two weeks, our friends have enjoyed hands-on learning through festive crafts, books, and activities during USA Week and God’s Creation Week. It’s been such a joy watching them explore the amazing world God created while learning about the 7 Days of Creation.

From the light in the sky to the plants, animals, and people He made, our little learners are discovering that God’s creation is a beautiful reminder of His love and goodness.

“God saw all that He had made, and it was very good.” Genesis 1:31 💙🌿☀️

We are thankful for the opportunity to plant seeds of faith while inspiring curiosity, creativity, and wonder in the hearts of our children. 🐝

What a wonky & wonderful day at FBP! 🫏🤪🧡

We enjoyed listening to ‘The Wonky Donkey’ read aloud and then got creative making our very own Wonky Donkey crafts.

Each friend gave their donkey a special name, making every creation as unique as they are. We loved watching their imaginations come to life and hearing them proudly introduce their silly, one-of-a-kind donkeys! 🐝

You’re a rainbow of possibilities! 🌈

This week our Busy Bees explored Rainbow Promises and learned all about God’s love through the colors of the rainbow (ROY-G-BIV)!

❤️ God will love you forever
🧡 God will never leave you
💛 God will comfort you
💚 God will help you
💙 God is always faithful
💜 God will keep you safe
🌈 God always keeps His promises

We also enjoyed colorful, hands-on fun—rainbow science experiments, sensory play, collages, and creative art everywhere!

✨ We learned that rainbows form when sunlight shines through raindrops after a storm, reminding us of God’s beautiful promise. And just like His love, a rainbow has no end, it’s a circle of forever.

A joyful, colorful week of learning and faith! 🌈💛

This week in summer chapel, “Thank You, Jesus Thursday” 💒🙏🏼 our Busy Bees learned from the story of Noah (Genesis 9) and Psalm 105 that God keeps His promises.

We asked, “What are you thankful for?” and heard sweet answers like: Jesus, family, Legos, rainbows, planets, cake, butterflies, and more 💛

Our classes created a “Thank You, God” collage, cutting, gluing, and drawing pictures of things they are grateful for. We also learned that the book of Psalms is full of songs and prayers to God, some happy, some sad, all talking to Him. The children then created their own “psalms” of thanksgiving.

Thank You, God. You always keep Your promises. 🌈
