Today we’re celebrating our incredible PE Coach Q for truly living out a Red Belt Mentality every single day at Northwest Elementary! ❤️🖤

From leading engaging PE classes to going above and beyond for our students, staff, and families — his impact reaches every corner of our campus. Whether he’s hosting Chess Club, organizing after-school pickleball, coordinating swim lessons and Field Day, supporting programs like Girls on the Run, or keeping our staff informed and involved in district wellness and health initiatives, he pours his heart and soul into this school community.

His dedication, leadership, positivity, and commitment to helping others grow stronger — both physically and mentally — do not go unnoticed. NWES is a better place because of the passion and care he brings each and every day.

Thank you for always stepping up, supporting others, and showing what it truly means to lead with a Red Belt Mentality. We appreciate you more than words can say! ⭐💪🏽

Before COVID, our Teacher Appreciation snack spread was always such a huge hit 🍪🍫 The teachers absolutely loved having a lounge filled with treats to enjoy throughout the day!

We paused the tradition for a few years due to health and safety concerns, but we would LOVE to bring it back this year for Teacher Appreciation Week 💙

We’re inviting families to help by sending in store-bought, snacks and treats for teachers to share in the staff lounge. Cookies, brownies, chips, snack cakes, candy, popcorn, drinks — anything fun and easy to grab is appreciated!

If you’d like to contribute, please send donations in this Friday! Thank you for helping us spoil our amazing teachers….they deserve it! 🍎✨
