A big shout out to Shane Powell on his promotion Tuesday to San Dan. Shane is a busy man and has been training with us fo 18 years! That's incredible considering his schedule. He honors us with his focus and continued growth in our martial arts. He loves the white crane and I hope to get back to trainingg that more in the near future. I am humbled by such awsome students.
