Coopers On A Mission A family on mission training & coaching leaders & families across global cities. Onward Church (Fishers, IN) is serving as our home sending church.

We are serving as missionaries with a vision to transform communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ as we:
-REACH unchurched by making + multiplying disciples of Jesus Christ
-EQUIP Christians in disciple-making + multiplying process
-MOBILIZE short & long-term disciple-making missionaries among the unreached

f is an experienced missionary and trainer who has served with the International Mission Board in Southeast Asia where he witnessed tens of thousands of new disciples and thousands of new churches multiply among the unreached through his ministry. He is currently serving as the US Strategy Director for E3 Partners / I Am Second and trains leaders around the world in disciple-making + multiplying process which multiplies new churches. In addition, Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church in Stuart, FL is serving as our ministry base (shepherd our family, handle ministry donations, provide benefits). Both churches have vision to reach their communities through disciple-making + multiplication. Pastor Gary Stump (Onward Church) will continue to provide mentoring & coaching along with another experienced missionary-trainer serving in Southeast Asia. -We made it safely to Greece! 🇬🇷
-We got to see Mayah & her baby boy is healthy (due early Feb)
-Dad & everyone braving the jet lag. So good to have him here!
-kids started school
-boys loving soccer now
-good meetings w Western leaders about upcoming 4Fields trainings across UK🇬🇧 , Czechia 🇨🇿, NZ 🇳🇿& Australia 🇦🇺
-We all leave Friday for Germany (wedding & 1-3-9 leaders) & Spain (leader retreat)

🙌🏻 Praise 🇺🇸: We had a great time w Isaiah while dropping him off at Bible College in Upstate, NY. What a beautiful campus. Very excited for him and his year of studying the Word in community.

We also enjoyed time w his girlfriend Ella & her dad Dan l. I really connected w Dan. He’s a humble guy who is a disciple maker. He was eager to learn some simple tools so we spent a few hours yesterday going over 4Fields, Church Circle, 411, 4G & the commands of Christ. Pray for him as he heads back to his mission field in Central Ohio 🙏

🙏Update 🇺🇸: We are headed to New York to drop off Isaiah at Word of Life Bible College. Pls pray for him as he starts a year of studying God’s Word, new friendships & ministry opportunities.

We return to Greece on Sunday. Excited my dad is joining us for 6 weeks in Europe. Thankful for a very fruitful 2 months here

“Thank you so much for your encouragement. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to meet you & learn some great skills of how to share the gospel. I went for a walk this morning & prayed with a man who was heading into the hospital for a course to help him with mental health issues. Also called into a cafe on way home & shared 3 circles with the lady in this picture & had a good conversation with her.”

Pray for her & others in NZ who are stepping out to boldly make disciples this week!

🙌🏻 UPDATE 🇺🇸: Praise God we made it back to US soil. Nolan is headed back to Dallas & I’m headed to Miami. Pls pray for him as he heads to GCU in Phoenix this week to start school. Impressed w the quality of young leaders like Nolan whom God has raised up. Thank you for your prayers.

🙏Prayer Need 🇳🇿 ✈️ 🇺🇸 🇨🇿 🇬🇷 🇦🇺: We said goodbye to everyone & are about to fly home. Thankful to the Lord for this “dream team” of trainers. So servant hearted, humble & talented. Pls pray for those returning to Europe, Australia & USA for safe travel. I’m stoked to fly w Nolan to SFO before my flight to Miami! We love & appreciate your prayers!

Story from NZ 🇳🇿: One of the joys of training is seeing believers get equipped & share the gospel for the first time. This sweet lady named Naomi (aka “Nomes” — her gospel gangsta name) drove 5 hours from her home in New Plymouth to join her local sister Reena at the training. She was very nervous about going out to share in the afternoon for optional harvest time but chose to stay. Joel & I taught her prayer walking & modeled a few times before she got the courage to share w someone. She got shut down but kept going. As she got turned down for prayer multiple times (Wellington is a hard place), she only grew in confidence & boldness. We prayed God would allow her to share & then we met Ari. She was very excited to receive prayer & was open to hearing the gospel. Nomes sat down & shared the 3 circles along w her testimony. When Ari was hesitant to believe, Nomes urged her in love to repent. It was amazing! Ari invited us back to her home but we had to leave (local tram following up). Nomes said she has been a believer for decades & was excited to finally share the gospel & is eager to reach people in her community thru prayer walking & harvest time. As we debrief the harvest times, many have grown in boldness since stating in the Spring & several shared for the first time. Praise God!! This will give them boldness to share their friends / family they’re praying for. Pls pray for my new friend “Nomes” & the others who are trained to rely on the Lord for obedience this week & beyond!
