🍴 Community Partners Needed! 🍴

The Viking Bistro Culinary Academy is excited to launch a new tradition this school year—Academy Uniform Day!

On the third Thursday of every month, all Culinary Academy students will proudly wear a Viking Bistro T-shirt throughout the school day. While our chef coats represent us in the kitchen, these shirts will help our students represent our program across campus, promote professionalism, build school pride, and make our Culinary Academy easily recognizable.

We’re looking for a generous community partner who would be willing to donate or sponsor the printing of approximately 125 Viking Bistro T-shirts in assorted adult sizes.

By supporting this project, you’ll be investing directly in our students and helping them develop a strong sense of pride and belonging as they represent the Viking Bistro each month.

As a thank you, we would be honored to recognize our sponsor on our Viking Bistro page, at academy events, and within our Culinary Academy program.

As we wrap up another incredible year at Viking Bistro, I want to personally thank every student, family member, staff member, and community supporter who helped make this year such a success. Your support, encouragement, and involvement mean everything to our program and our students.

This year was filled with growth, hard work, and unforgettable experiences, but we’re already looking ahead to making next year even bigger and better.

We have exciting fundraisers planned, more in-house culinary events for our students, expanded opportunities for community involvement, and of course… MORE BBQ!

Our goal is to continue building experiences that help our students grow both in and out of the kitchen while bringing our community together through food and hospitality.

Thank you again for supporting Viking Bistro and our Culinary Arts program. We cannot wait to see everyone back in August for another amazing year!

Unfortunately, The Bistro will remain closed for the remainder of the year. We have run into too many obstacles trying to fit the last one in for the year. As we say so long to our Seniors we are excited about the future! See everyone in the Fall!
