Welcome to the Viking Bistro page! We will open to the Public, Wednesday's, as time allows throughout the school year. Thank you all for your support.

Here we will post Fundraisers, Bistro Dates, Advisory Board Meetings, and best of all Judging Opportunities during competition season! Our hours when open will run from 11:30 am-1:00pm.

As we wrap up another incredible year at Viking Bistro, I want to personally thank every student, family member, staff member, and community supporter who helped make this year such a success. Your support, encouragement, and involvement mean everything to our program and our students.

This year was filled with growth, hard work, and unforgettable experiences, but we’re already looking ahead to making next year even bigger and better.

We have exciting fundraisers planned, more in-house culinary events for our students, expanded opportunities for community involvement, and of course… MORE BBQ!

Our goal is to continue building experiences that help our students grow both in and out of the kitchen while bringing our community together through food and hospitality.

Thank you again for supporting Viking Bistro and our Culinary Arts program. We cannot wait to see everyone back in August for another amazing year!

Unfortunately, The Bistro will remain closed for the remainder of the year. We have run into too many obstacles trying to fit the last one in for the year. As we say so long to our Seniors we are excited about the future! See everyone in the Fall!

Our Bistro opening date this week may need to change. We will not be able to grocery shop until Wednesday afternoon. Stay tuned!
