We are incredibly proud of our student Gabrianna Mansfield, who will be entering 4th grade this fall and is already making a name for herself on the world stage!

At just 9 years old, Gabrianna is heading to Thailand to represent Team USA in the Muay Thai World Championships. Having trained since the age of 3, her dedication, discipline, and determination have helped her achieve this remarkable opportunity.

But Gabrianna’s journey is about more than competition. As she pursues her dream of becoming a world champion, she is also raising funds to help other children, demonstrating the character, compassion, and leadership we are proud to see in our students.

Join us in wishing Gabrianna the very best as she represents her country and chases her dreams. We know she will make Farragut, Team USA, and her community proud!

📚☀️ Summer is the perfect time to turn the page on a new adventure! Here is your Lower School Summer Reading list.

We encourage all of our Lower School students to keep their minds active and imaginations growing through our Summer Reading Program. From exciting stories to unforgettable characters, summer reading helps strengthen literacy skills while fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Each student has a required grade-level book and the opportunity to explore additional titles from the SSYRA reading list. We hope families will make reading a special part of the summer by sharing stories, discussing favorite books, and setting aside time to read together.

We can’t wait to hear about all the amazing books and adventures our students discover when they return this fall!

From Farragut to the U.S. Navy, and now Harvard. 🎓⚓️

When Blake L***y ’08 crossed the stage at Admiral Farragut Academy in 2008, his family proudly celebrated the beginning of an incredible journey. Four years later, they stood beside him again as he graduated from the United States Naval Academy and accepted his commission as a Navy Ensign.

Now, they have gathered once more, this time at Harvard University, to celebrate Blake earning his MBA.

Stories like Blake’s remind us that a Farragut education is more than a diploma. It is a foundation for leadership, service, achievement, and lifelong success.

Congratulations, Blake, on this remarkable accomplishment. Your journey continues to inspire the next generation of Farragut students.
